Face-it is like csgo matchmaking (competive) but on better servers (128-tick instead of 64-tick!).
Q: what is tick ?
A: Tick or Tickrate is how many times the server updates per second. The competitive community prefers a higher tickrate because it is more accurate.
If you have a 60Hz monitor you can't take full advantage of the higher tickrate because your monitor will not refresh as fast as the server, even if you have 120+ fps
If you have a framerate lower than the tickrate you are at a disadvantage for the same reason.

Ähm..whats about the hit detection. on 128 tick (it feels tome) that the hitdetection is more accurate and more shots are registered hitting my target.
General Question:
If it save to start the hack in a active MM?

normally nothing happends either. But i think its riskier than load in menu. But if its undetected its undetected and nothing more will happen.

Because the tickrate is 128 instead of 64, the word status updates more often which in this case when, let's say, spray with a p90 on a 64-tick server will be 'less accurate' and tend to not register some shots, but when on a 128-tick server the server updates faster and is 'more accurate' and tends to register 'all' the shots fired.

Wrong! Vac is inactive in the main menu so it doesn't see you injecting anything. But when your are in a game Vac is obviously active, so there is a chance that Vac will detect the injection.
that's why the instructions say to start the hack in the main menu:

Stop spreading info about stuff you don't know. There is no "guessing" in this. VAC isn't active in Main menu. Also MM means "Match Making" not "Main menu"

Tick on official servers is 24. (At least what I've seen and heard from people who knows. They might have changed in latest patch but I think they only changed the OW demos)

No. Just exit out and start at the main menu

CEVO is a lot more harsh than Face-It

Oh really, didn't know that, I thought the competive servers where 64-tick and the OW demo's where 16-tick...well you learn everyday!

Official servers were (and probably still is) 24 tick but the (OW) demos has been changed from 16 to like 32 I think. (which is still odd why it's not same as servers) But that might just be rumors.

Not really an "own" anti-cheat they pretty much use Vac as well(about the same but they use a third-party 'version' of it) , but they more likely 'break' hacks instead of detect them as @JDoawp or @clockwork235 quoted.

Preeeetty sure that official servers are 24 tick (might be wrong since latest patch but I'm pretty sure they only changed the demos)

Should still know to shut the fuck up if you are not 100% sure OR say that you are not sure.

Their Wallhack choke is a lot more harsh (like can't see someone around the corner harsh)

Dunno. Don't think so. New "beta" version is out (and it's dank a f)

Damn that is indeed pretty secure. Didn't know that either only knew recently that they are more likely to 'break' a hack then 'detect' it.
Doesn't really matter to me since I only play on Matchmaking (Competitive).
edit: if you wonder who added you on steam, that was me (Samson)
