I bet that you have xampp and MySQL installed. If yes, uninstall completely the mysql program and its source and say if it worked
yes i uninstalled mysql and its source still its not working!
Did you do this yet? Go to the install folder for xampp > setup_xampp.bat. Run it and you should be fine. If it doesn't work, it's skype.
