Without the discs you're basically hopeless.. Just do what the geek said and if it doesn't work for you you have to let someone look at it.

you can easily download the instillation disks from the internet, i have a disk somwhere that i downloaded.
1. torrent the os
2. burn to dvd
3. run windows installer
4. click advanced
5. reformat w/ a backup
6. ???
7. PROFIT
