i don't think this will help since most of the HWID bans are Win32 process IDs or SIDs
or does this have another purpose

Yes works for Windows XP(not sure),Windows 7,Windows 8, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 too.

Helped me on CS:Go as example

PunkBuster bans more than 1 HWID.

This is still working just as information
