OPK is usually a VIP unless someone was HELLA generous and made it public. VIP hacks typically include OPK and aimbot vs. a public release which at it's best (example Dave's last pub for CA) chams, wallhack, no recoil, no spread....which is really all you need to actually ENJOY the game

This fly hack was released publicly but denied here at MPGH due to it containing an ad. This was a full blown fly hack, not some low gravity jump or memory edit. It was essentially ghost mode without the invisibility.
It's still in circulation somewhere...
