Looking for minecraft server Dev/ partner

Hey reason i make this thread is , theres many skillful coder out there its just that they do not want to risk their money on the host when the server gets no profit . So im actually offering host and looking for a minecraft server developer/ partnership

Lmao, good luck finding this. Developing plugins is hard work and takes a lot of time. What you are asking for is extremely extremely rare. I managed to get someone like this but they would only code for a little bit a month.

Highly doubt it. I found mine because I did a job for him and he offered me the partnership because he was bored.

I got a 15 year old who was pretty mature and knew most of bukkit. Well good luck to you.

looking for a dev , not really a casual coder . but if you know anyone ill be happy if you redirect them to me

I don't know of anyone. I quit my server and he started his own. A full time dev though. If you get one for free, I'd consider you one of the luckiest server owners. Here's the huge secret to owning a server. Its not about what plugins it has, its about what PEOPLE it has. Everyone wants a good convo/teamwork etc etc. Thats the key. Not custom plugins.

Exactly, try getting plugins which fake your player amount. However, even if you do that, players may join. The hard part is keeping them. There are "talk bots", I think thats what you would call them, try getting those. Might gives players a convo. Also just a huge PS: Youtubers don't work. Sure they'll give you 1000 players for like 2 days, then'll go back to normal. If you get YouTubers, you needa hire them for like months and them people will get addicted to your server (because they worked so hard on it).

Its called AutoBot. There are a few free ones out there, you just need to look for them.
