It's safer to do that on 1.24, downgrade your game to that version and try washed out, GTAForce 2.5.1 or ****** menu. The last 2 has a custom RP option.
But as 2MuchDrama told you, the chances of getting a ban are higher when you mess around with the RP, in 1.24 its safer but after that you gain the RP ammount that you want, go back to 1.28 and play normally (with out mods) for a time.
