But there are so many packets ! How can i find the EXP one ? ( and they are encrypted, how can i decrypt them ? )
And when i send any packet it gets a huge lag.

Man, if the project is too big, do a smaller one. Meaning, release what you have with just the important stuff, or divide it by 2/3 different programs, where you struggle to keep them all together updated, and that way is easier to find 'helpers' in each individual 'hack'.
