Well you can give a regular vouch, it's just that according to the rules this cannot be considered a vouch copy. OP can still probably just give out one regular vouch copy to someone regular; he wouldn't have to give a 3rd free copy, but he should just know that this isn't going to be an official vouch.

Received a vouch copy, so far it's been confirmed and I've yet got an e-mail to receive. Will post it here as soon as it arrives.

Is there any chance the buyer could be billed if the SEer isn't aware? I know of another seller on another forum who warns of it and I'd like to buy service without using a drop or reship.
