Purpose: To spawn money and cars, teleport to places and unlock guns,car customization/player customization.

Title: Change size of rims and tires (oversize)
Purpose: You should be able to change the size of the rims either through a trainer or the customs shop. Putting monster truck sized wheels on cars lol. maybe even swap out car tires for motorcyle/ bicycle tires?
