SolvedVac ban wave

How long do I have to wait to be sure an account won't be vac banned? Is it possible for people to get away with cheating once? Thanks

i've never been VAC banned on cs go so it seems like getting away with it isn't too hard. i'm sure someone else knows the exact time but i think VAC bans can take up to a month

The thing is that no one knows for sure how you have to wait. It could be anywhere from a few hours to days before people begin to find out. Please wait till developers can create a hack that won't get you VAC banned the same day. YES IT IS possible to get VAC banned even if you used the cheat only once, so please be careful when you use it.

In the meantime, we can all take a break from hacking once in a while; play a game of competitive and see how hard we can get stomped on by legit players.
