Yea you need to specify better. What can't you download? What does it say when you try?

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I'm going to take a guess.
The hacks here need 2 virus scans to be displayed and also screenshots of the hack. Once those are there, the moderators of the forum will approve the hacks for download.
Before this, hacks are not available for download to anybody, maybe that's why.
