I heard that Enigma or VMProtect works and you dont get VAC banned that fast anymore.
which one is the best. and can someone send me a link to download it and a tutorial to install it. because it looks kinda difficult to me

Just get the demo, works just as well.

i downloaded it, 64 bit for my pc.
but now i get a whole program., do i need to do anything or set anything up?
or just press: protect

Download the 32 bit version, but the 64 bit.

Also remember don't think that Vmprotect and enigma will bring back to life detected hacks ... you are only putting yourself in danger if you do that
