Hasnt been fully tested yet.

The only time any vehicle mods will save online is when you do not own the vehicle yet. You can max out any street car and save it fine, but you will never be able to upgrade already owned personal vehicles and make those upgrades save. It is patched and will not work no matter how hard you try.
