I would recommend you to learn programming and re first.
Like the user above said, learn to coding first. Know all the logic and structure of you'r language.
Learn some HTML/CSS first, It's easier than others and give you a ground about coding. Then you go to Java, C#, and everything you want.
Advice: coding ain't easy but kill some neurons and have fun!
