From my own experience, Malwarebytes Antivirus doesn't detect everything. I've had a virus from a CF hack on my PC since Malwarebytes didn't detect it (and neither did it after it leeched on my pc) and my chrome and firefox got corrupt and had to re-install them. Use Spyhunter instead >_>
For your problem, you said the hack auto deletes itself after activation, so you are like running a freshly downloaded file? You're barely providing any information.

Going to install that soon :x Yes, basically this is how it works.
Download the hack > Runs it > Checks HWID and shit and verify that I'm the intended user > The hack deletes itself after that > Start CSGO and window should pop up with the hack menu loaded > If i close the game and wanna hack again, I've to download it again.
But apparently it deletes itself but ran in the background and not in a window.
