Very little legitimately pisses me off. I would consider myself a faily cool tempered person - but I live in a big family so it's part of being a functional member of the family.

​It doesn't have to be that bad to get help, shrinks usually know what to do. Mine helped a lot controlling my anger and what I say.

Therapist has never helped me with a damn thing but maybe helpful you others.
