No nade nerf, HOSTfix for grenade limit

Homies can place any equipment HOSTfix
PVP broken again
bug in OVERKILL mode fixed, no more crashes when pager interact.
new dll, static linked, no more vc redist installs, and those stuck on v12 can play now
Upgrade checker added, will diplay message if hotfix or update available.

Make it so that you don't have to keep going to menu to spawn items like gold... Does anyone know how I can bind it to a key? As an example...
I press ` and it spawns a gold bar.

Uh, can anyone help me? When i extract the content from the RAR it said some MP3 file is corrupted (maybe i need a new winrar), and after that, when i run the game, nothing happen aside from the game, when i come to my Payday 2 folder, it appears that the papi.dll file is deleted.
Anyway, nice hack. Cheers!
