VAC's standing with KillingFloor

I went to the store page and noticed VAC was enabled on it, anybody know if it actually does anything of if it's like GMod's VAC?

I'd be more careful with KF's VAC. I'd call that a sharp yes unless someone has proof.
Although, I'm uncertain, I managed to hack myself to rank 6 in every profession.

I've been looking up a good bit about KF's VAC, looks like GMod's but no actual VAC bans, I think it only does achievement + perk level resets.

lol, I'd rather avoid that.
As I have rank 6 on everything and almost every single achievement.

I've not heard of anyone actually being vac'd while hacking. and the perk + achievement hacking is very simple and mostly achievable with all the steam games that have achievements. But i wouldn't take my word for it.

I tried aimbots that work with different versions of Killing floor.
All tested on 1051 retail version on steam.
NO vac bans at all.
No one said anything in game either.
It's a CO-OP game so I'm sure it is up to the host of the server if you are banned or not.
VAC has no effect at all. So far...
You should be safe unless you go out of your way to ruin the game for everyone in a lobby.
