He has multiple felonies behind him, including armed robbery, burglary, possession of cocaine, and he indirectly threatened the well being of one of the employees. He was sentenced do to saying "I have a knife", the title is misleading. 50 years is harsh, but he was put away for habitual felony, meaning he isn't going to learn his lesson.
