No I think you misunderstood him, he takes your skins as payment and sell them.

I was in school - had to type quickly. The last time I just typed this is got deleted. Great.

What I had said is this:
A step by step of what I do would be:
1. Take your skins, and put them up for trade.
2. Eventually sell them down to keys.
3. Sell the keys at $2.00 each.
4. Pay you the money I made, after taking away some of the keys.

Example:
Selling a AWP Hyperbeast MW:
If it sold for 15 keys, I would take a few. Max 4.
Sell the keys at $2.00 each, totaling $22 // $24.
I would then pay you the money, and you leave a vouch.
