Amazon.de help

So since wednesday I contacted 7 different services but none of them reply on skype... I think 3 or 4 days is long enough of a wait.

I need help with a few amazon orders.
The first is a 2014 order from amazon.de I would like to get reshipped to another address

Second is an order I have yet to place on either uk or com site (prefer uk since Im from europe) with a number of small items. Total about 100 pounds and I want either a refund or double dip.
