FINALLY AN ANIME LONGER THAN 12 EPISODES AGAIN OMFG

D.Gray-man hollow has OFFICIALLY went over 12 episodes for their first season.

I for one am fucking hyped. Hopefully a regular sized anime will be around 24-32 episodes long again, while short animes are 12 episodes long, and long animes are 64-100+ episodes long.

I've been raging over everything being 12 episodes long lately, really has pissed me off anime studios started making the norm a 12 episode production of a single series then move onto a different anime totally forsaking our 12 episod series.

D.Gray-man Hollow will have 13 episodes.

That moment when you realize it only will go over by 1 episode.

-It's time consuming
-It's rather expensive
-It doesn't make any money
-It's to promote the manga

An extra episode doesn't mean shit.

They make 12 episode animes because they cut their budgets to maximize profits off established manga.

Also this extra episode means the world. Maybe AOT will finally get another run and be more than 12 or 24 episodes long.

How is this even related? SnK needs to stop delaying their shit before you can even assume how many episodes it will be (hint: no more than 12).

I'm tired of animes being 12 episodes long, back in the day everything was 24 episodes long, that trend stopped being the norm around the turn of the decade imo.

Well I try my best to buy everything I can. Beserk OVAs, One Piece dub voyages, etc..

I blame lack of global marketing. Someone needs to go to japan and make a lot of money.

One person isn't changing their prices. Blu-rays are fucking expensive. And buying anything other than imports, they're only getting a fraction of what you pay. Companies still take a cut.

Japan gave us nice TVs, so I think they should do the same to the developing countries. Go sell them your shitty leftovers with ton of japanese marketing then slap anime across the side of their heads for a few years and watch the anime industry bloom.

My proposal, making it affordable for people to buy Japanese products then once a market is established you milk the fuck out of them. Everyone loves anime.
