good news and bad....
but... i just stole the lib.ddl and put it in my old one and works 10/10 so ty but no idea whats going on what version of visual studios are you using

it isn't required, its a proxy that allows you to use plugins that do various things

The issue that I am having with this is that I have no idea how to use it, so if anyone could tell me how to use the plugins that would be great.

on the plugins tab, there are descriptions saying what they are and how to use them, also you cna download more plugins from this website

Just download the hacks from here. Then put em in the plugins folder and launch krelay.exe - Done.

[Client Listener] Starting local listener at 127.0.0.1 on port 2050... you know how there is that line. it just stays there. client connected never comes up and none of the commands work. im using the browser version if that matters.

browse version of what? are you connectinbg to proxy server on your client?
