Using the same card with refund?
How many times can I use the same card with refunding from different stores? Just wondering

The lesser the better, I know of a couple users who were contacted by their banks and asked about why so many places kept refunding them and in 1 case, a major company kept denying payment and when he contacted customer support he was told that the card he was using had been blacklisted by them.
