About The General Section.

I really dont get the point of "General"

The Description of the forum is
"Talk about your hearts desires"

So therefor shouldnt every thread be counted as "valued?"
So. The Other Part of the description Is Has to be in guidlines.

So Just this forum has to be in guidlines or every forum?

If Thats so then,shouldnt a spam thread be counted as a valued thread?
