It will be pretty fucking hard, as far as I'm aware, it is a private hack because it would be easily abusable and it would get detected within hours if so.
You just gotta create a replay submitter and make it automatically generate replays to submit
Alternatively, you can make a tool that automatically selects new songs in osu and plays them paired with an auto bot or something
