Skins for character not working help

Hello so i have problem with character skins there are non you can still get them by /give death skin for example but you can't use them there is only 1 skin did i delete something? i'm missing something obvious here?

@Chillcat28 2 xmls of your skin which you can get from your dat1.xml and just CTRL+V here as text

I didn't make the skin i mean all skins are gone for every single character i did not try to add any skins tho i think there is to much text to send here
