Refund help needed please

Hi, Mike here I did a chargeback with my credit card company saying item never received. The package was left outside no signiture gotten. Please respond on ways I can win this chargeback. It's a citi mastercard. The merchant is crutchfield.com I told my credit card company package was not received and it was supposed to be sent signiture required and wasen't. The value of the item is $2400

Man charging back with your card is always a mistake. Bringing a financial institution in to your fraud just adds a layer of scrutiny you don't want.

Youre on a refund site, i refuse to believe your story and youre saying that they didnt send with signature when theyre supposed to? just adds to that you want a $2400 for free.

why not hire someone to refund instead of charging backing fraudulently
