Macy's cracking down?



My buyer just got this letter, it was only a $900 refund also. They didn't bother to even email or call him but just straight up sent a letter. What are your thoughts?

I had that letter come in months ago before. That's just bad luck. But I do confirm I've received that letter or something similar saying they will not refund. Macy's was one of the easiest sites to refund,I doubt they cracking down

Surely if they send a letter, their decision is final?

negative, my package had 5 different boxes, 2 was just shoes and clothes i got refunded, the other one was an apple watch but i decided not to get it refunded because it came on a seperate day and it was by itself. They made me sign papers to get 2 box refunded.

Chances are, your customer got a refund.

Unfortunately he didn't, went on teamviewer and checked the online banking. Maybe he will get it later, idk

You guys thought Macys would remain easy forever, doesnt surprise me at all.

waiting for ******s to say its fake or someone did something wrong.

Always heard macy's was 500 and up = investigation and 50/50 so I'm not even surprised

this is proof all refunders that say they have methods just do DNA 99% of the time. and the other 1% is item not in box excess.
