Regarding the hacking incedent

I might of found the ip of the person that hacked thousands during the CC incedent. Upon getting hacked, I changed my passwords for almost every single site except my ubisoft account and epic games account. After checking today, i found out that my ubisoft account was entered into. I also received an email stating that my epic games account was also logged into (also forgot to change same password). The ubisoft email that was received provided an ip address that was linked to someone in russia and my epic games account was also changed to the russian language. I dont know if i should share the ip address and i dont know if this ip address is just the ip address of a russian vpn company. Also i would like to know if there are any other measures of security i should go through to help protect myself. Thanks.

I mean they could have used a proxy or something.

the list was/is publicly available, odds are it wasn't crinx/pert. Also yea, as you said, VPN is very likely.
