Dama ban appeal

Hello, I've been banned for "Sending D1scord over IM" on my main account @Dama

I admit that I did send my ******* username to some customers, but as far as I remember that was only after they told me to contact them on ******* or specifically asked for my name. I never initiated contact through ******* myself!
(I don't want to lie on a staff dispute, so if I did initiate it, I am sorry. // Am talking to quuite a lot of people daily so I may have forgotten a case)

Please reconsider the ban, I generally don't give my Sky.pe/Tele.gram or D1scord away and just refer to my advertisement banner.
I am really sorry and will make sure this never happens again.

Hey, was Talking to @Ahlwong on IM for a second.
Since there is no official way to resolve this I am currently thinking of one.

As the issue is regarding IM, I can offer a donation to the publicists and to a Dev for IM.
Many People are complaining About IM, and I would like to donate to improve it, and to Keep development going so that in the future there simply wont be a reason for anyone to give away their d1scord names.

I don't have a particular amount in mind ( around 300-500$ maybe?), but i would like to share a donation between the publicists (to @Silent) and to whoever is in charge of IM! The Ration can be choosen by staff.

I will never use my ******* again, even if People specifically ask for my Name there.

This will be my last post here until I get a reply in order to keep everything sorted. Don't want this to be a spamfest.

I did share my ******* name with a few people, I don't know how many it was as I have over 1000 contacts on IM.

I generally thought that the person asking for ******* is at fault - Thats why I sent my name to people specifically asksing for my D1scord. Besides that, I only ever referred to my banner, which does not include D1scord (https://www.stankyrich.com/relman/link.php?id=4). I myself don't like using D1scord for anything marketplace related, and will turn down anyone asking for it in the future.


It was a mistake, and I will make sure that nothing like this will ever happen again. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make up for my mistake.
Since noone was harmed by my actions I can offer donations to help the community as said above. I already sent a 300$ donation to the publicists and am willing to help out with anything you throw at me.

I understand that you are now being really strict with IM rules, and that sharing D1scord means a permanent ban. I am asking for a second chance, so I can make up for my messup and any missunderstandings of the rules.
Even scammers get to come back by repaying their victims. I didn't intend to harm anyone, and am willing to make up for what I did so I hope you can give me a second chance.

Unless you are Dama, Ahlwong, or related staff, you have no business here. Keep your opinions out.

I'd like to clarify: Unlike simmilar cases, I didn't run or spread a Dis.cord server. I never had one and therefore obviously never shared it.
I only ever shared my username.

Please also consider that all the information I was giving away is freely available to anyone through my banner.

I don't even really know who's taking care of my dispute, so sorry for mentioning all of you.

Please take a look again - Whilest my thread was created 5 days ago, it was approved roughly 4 days ago.
The first post was created in a seperate thread, which later got merged with my main thread!!! It has not been up for 5 days!!

The ad went up on the 6th of december - I do not have an exact time on when my thread went live but I am pretty sure it was after the banner. If it has been a few minutes after I am REALLY SORRY but that was not an intentional lie.
We have been talking through PM and it was the 6th december..

Went through my chatlogs - This are the details.

I do not know exactly when the banner went up, but people first started contacting me since 7PM UTC+1 (december 6th) - So I'm taking this as the point in time when my banner went up.

I was talking to @niggo during that time, to make sure he got the first post on my thread. Since no marketplace staff were online at that time, I told him to create a thread in spammers corner, shortly after I posted the main selling thread.

The thread was posted at roughly 7PM UTC+1, niggo posted his vouch at roughly 7:20PM UTC+1.


The thread obviously did not get approved right away, so I am taking Lilys post on it as the point in time when it was approved, which was clearly after all of that.


If the thread was posted a few minutes before the banner went up, I am sorry - I can 100% confirm that it did not get approved before the banner went up though.

@arunforce please reply as soon as you can, I really dont like being called a liar so please please please take a closer look at all of this again.

The thread went up after the banner did-which contains all the info I shared through IM. That being said, I will never share my D1scord or any alternative contact methods through IM ever again, no matter what.

@arunforce - Earlier in IM, Ahlwong told me that you are taking care of the dispute now?

Honestly doesn't matter to me if it is on the advertisement or not. You are specifically told to not put it on site. You know it's wrong, yet you still do it. Same shit from your other disputes, which add even more fuel to the fire. A claim of ignorance, then a whine story. You were shown leniency twice, when you didn't deserve it. Owe up to your mistakes and move on.
If Dave, or arun feel different, then that possibility is why this thread is up. Otherwise the ban holds. So be patient. Nothing else.

My first ban was for being toxic and false reporting someone - (7 day ban, dispute denied - not unbanned)

My second ban was for sharing offsite contact info to my back then Nvidia customers because I couldnt communicate otherwise - (1 month ban, dispute approved, unbanned)


This time, I was banned because @Ahlwong stumbled upon chatlogs from a few months ago, of me sharing offsite contact info. - I already got banned for that offense back then. (my 2nd ban)

Now, I assume this dispute could be resolved easily if that was all - but of course, that is not the case.
I don't know if you checked those chatlogs yet, but when starting my Samsung Service I once again started to share offsite contact info.
I honestly thought that I was allowed to since I had all this info in my banner. Also didn't think it would be my fault since people were sometimes asking for it. - I bought my banner mainly for that reason, to be able to get my offsite info to people.
