FYI this is not accurate. Your second dispute was not "approved" in the sense we were in agreeance. You weren't unbanned right away either. You were guilty. Out of the goodness of our hearts, you were given a lighter sentence. All of those disputes were on you. This is the third time (or more if I'm missing something) of you being here, and yet again, guilty.

Correct - by saying 'dispute approved' I mean that my ban was shortened. It was reduced to 1,5 days instead of one month, thats why I worded it like this.

I am trying to keep up with the rules as good as I can. It's not that I wasn't sure about a rule, if I was i would have asked someone like you suggested. I was 100% sure that since I had a banner including all this info, it wouldn't be a problem to also send this same information through IM. I came to this conclusion because I simply thought that it was logical. -Thats the string of thought that led me to this conclusion: "I have all my contact info in my banner above, why wouldn't I be allowed to send it through IM, everyone is able to see it anyways."

There is no thread, or rule that specifically handles a situation like this. Because of that, I didn't just assume but was 100% sure I would be allowed to spread my contact details when having them in my banner.

Again. Ignorance, assumptions, and jumping the gun are not valid defenses. You being "100% sure" is your mistake.
The rules are clear. Following them is not a daunting task. Are outside contact details allowed? Y/N? Since it's N, you ask: are there exceptions listed? No? No. Then ok, I will follow the rule as it says. If yes? Those conditionals will be listed somewhere. If I'm not sure about something, then I'll ask a staff member. It's not rocket science.

Anyway, I'm through with this. You understand why you were banned, and any other details. That's all I came to do. So:

This cant be treated like a single Y/N question. Banners clearly allow you to share outside information and banners are a part of MPGH.
If MPGH used random google ads I would get your point, but each ad is manually approved by arun.

There are google ads.... Registered users don't seem them. You see them if you are not logged on.
As for the top ads have always been seperate from the main site. That's not a mystery. We spoke more about this on IM, so I don't really need to go into detail. You acknowleged it, you know the details... So........ Once again, enough with this. Leave it to daverun.

I don't know any other way to make things right again - So I can offer to donate to IM like I said in an earlier post.

With scammers the procedure is to make them repy their victims or do a giveaway, so wouldn't donating to IM be a fitting alternative

I've been talking with Dave regarding it, the big thing is that your past transgressions add on to this. I'm busy for the next 8 or so hours, I'll try to find a resolution after.
