[IMPORTANT] Rule change regarding refunders payment
We have encountered multiple situations in which refunders are delaying or not completing their orders while previously getting paid for it. This can lead to an amount of problems, specifically for the buyers which in most cases have a time limit for getting their refund done.

Therefore we are required to introduce a new rule which is effective starting today [9/6/2019] and until further notice.

All payments for refunding services must be done after refunder gives proof of a successful refund.

risk of failure needs to be stated clearly on your shop

If you are a buyer of refunding services: You will pay for your refund after refunder provides you with proof it's completed.(Or if the refund goes through to your payment method)

If you are a seller of refunding services: You are allowed to receive payment for your services only after you provide proof of a completed refund or if buyer gets proof on his own.(Like refund going through to his payment method)

If you are not a refunder and you are not buying any services related to refunding: This rule doesn't impact you in any way. If you get asked to pay before confirmation, please report the situation to staff.

Only exemption to this rule is if a middleman is used. When using a middleman payment can be sent to the middleman before the service is completed. Middleman will release the money after proof of a successful refund is given and/or buyer confirms he received it. If you are interested in using a middleman click here. Middleman may or may not charge a fee, check with them.
Best rule change so far! Hope this will improve the way services are offered. GJ

For real!!
Good refunders should never charge in advance to begin with. But praise the change!
o shit noice, ezpz way to weed out the exiters
Welcoming change, 99% of the people asking for up-front payment were scammers.
Amazing rule change, I wish this were the rule for SE'ing as well. I've seen many exit scams via SE services.

Might be something to look into in the future. This was particularly done for refunding because it was clear that many refunders were taking way too many orders and not being able to complete most of them. Usually people in SE services are quicker to get their work done, so far.

If similar situations happen with SE services then yeah could be applied to them as well.
This is old news. I never understood paying refunders before they actually got the job done. Niggas be exit scamming.

i would even say the risk of people just straight up scamming is a lot higher with SE services
as we unfortunately have seen in the past

or atleast a limit as to how many orders they are allowed to take at first might help too

That's good to hear!! Hopefully it doesn't happen in the first place to need to be implimented, but from what I've observed with my long-time here is it does happen and wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again, unfortunately.

That Dama incident was insane and it was done via refunding service. Not diminishing the fact that it DOES happen in SE's though.

Lmao! Too bad. Convenience opens the door for exploitation, whether it's methods used to sign into a digital account, a store with a good returns policy, or even the marketplace here.
We all know who this rule was made for

also in the years ive been on MPGH and other forums ive seen more than enough scams related to SEing
its just the nature of that service that makes it easy for someone to make a quick buck
