I'm representing FuYao to appeal regarding the recent ban "Distributing 3rd Party Communication"
As far as we know we are not allow to use other communication tools beside IM. However there is quite a number of seller/refunder here are using non IM. Especially when we are filling in their form for refund there is always 3rd party communication tools advertised.
This is a very unfair treatment for FuYao.
He is been here for quite sometime and according to his refund thread, everything is all positive.
Here is the example of 3rd party communication tools advertised in MPGH Banner.
@Dave84311 @arunforce appreciate if you could justify this and look into this matter.

MPGH Advertisements are different, even the users that pay for the advertisements aren't allowed to post any of their 3rd party contacts on the forum. If others are using 3rd party comms as well on MPGH then report them.

As stated in the previous dispute and the ban reason, multiple accumulated reports/suspicions over time, 3rd party comms are just a part of the reason.

@Fuyao1 instead of sending PM's and IM's why don't you stand up for yourself publicly? Surely you could save all your loyal customers some time.
If you're not FuYao or the OP, you have no business posting in this dispute.
Regarding this dispute, everyone has been made aware that you are strictly to use MPGH IM, PM, VM or email (if it must come to that)
There's no excuse for his action and he has received the punishment for his actions as many others have in the past.
