How to activate Steam

Fist of all sorry for the outside links....
This is tut for those who don't have activated accounts!

How to "activate" a steam acc for FREE *Basic made*
1.Use firefox
2.Download foxyproxy addon-You don't need this you can go Tools->Options->advanced->settings and use proxy and copy the proxy from link below
3.Get a proxy for poland *VERY IMPORTANT* www . xroxy .com/proxy-country-PL.htm Choose one that says "true"
4.Enter the proxy in empty field
5.Go to this site www. cdaction .pl
6.Register on the site. (this can be kinda hard but its not impossible)
6.nie masz konta? załóż! = no acount ? register
7.The registration on this site must be done nder proxy very important!!
8.When registrated login. Then hold mouse over the text Zasobyand choose the undermenu Numery seryjne-it's at the right side all the way down on those tabs....
9.In this menu you press on speedball 2 and a key will be sent to you by emial
10.Enter serial in steam and DONE!!

So kinda useless if you're not from Poland .

I think this is supposed to activate Steam so that you can add friends and do things you need to purchase a game to do.

OMG yopu can't add friends on steam withouzt purchasing game this is how to get a key and activate it same way only for free.

He did not have a game he made steam he said I cannot add you I must have a game
I added him and he could do it with his mates

Man, you really are the best! I missed the chance to get the zero gear beta with the ability to add friends. So I couldn't add anyone 'though I have like 17 friend in Steam.

Today after trying this I was able to add a buddy of mine! Thank you soo much ^^
