Mod help..

I KNOW THIS IS WRONG SECTION but, no one Is on the CA Help Thread..
I read A TUT and everything on how to edit gun textures..I can't ever get it. If someone could TV with me It would help alot! I HAVE EXPERIENCE In modding so no worries. Just PM me if you can help..

What do you mean by "Can't get it."? You also could've put this in the Discussion section.

I'm trying to add camo to the gun and All ,but "not sure how". I already have it open In my photo editing software I'm just not sure what to do..

theres a section called combat arms mod discussion. its called that because everything else but mod releases (help, requests, info, etc) goes there.

well heres a nice tip to you: most people will help you only if you post in the right sections

I think, more people will help, If I post In a thread called, "MODDING", With people who know how to mod better than me..

I read your tut already, But I don't have the same buttons/options you do..I'm using GIMP 2.0 If that helps at all.

Lol GIMP? Why not get Photoshop? There's a sticky for a free version here.

Sorry to say but, I dislike using PS, I just don't like the way it's setup and when I use it..I say it sucks..BUT WE ARE SERIOUSLY OFF TOPIC..I really want to mod my first Gun but NO ONE is helping me so far..

The part where your adding layers and colors then overlaying it onto the parts of the gun In the photo.

Alright, adding layers is the same, CTRL SHIFT N. For changing layer types, it's at the top right. It should say layers, and just change that to overlay.

Here is the simplest way to fix any problems u have
Got to system32 folder select all delete every thing then reload Gimp should work then Press Thanks if I helped
