Does anyone knows what happens if i get banned for hacking??? i mean is it possible not to be allowed to play Combat Arms again???(even if i change account).And if yes what should i do to play again???

if ur account banned u can make a new account and play
if ur ip banned u will have to change ur ip befor u can makke a new account

As far as i can tell, they refrain from ip banning, im not sure of the exact reason, but nexon rarely ip banns everyone en less its for something major such as NX fraud or something.

To be honest, i don't think its because they are " Retarded ".
I think it has to do with California law, because i know for a fact Nexon Korea will ip ban you on spot, when it detects hacks.

ive had almost 20 account bans and no IP ban and i use hardcore hacks (superbullets+megakill FTW) and ive never been IP banned cuz i still buy NX sometimes, if u make nexon a bit of money ull be alright, besides IPs are easy to change

and how do i change my ip??? and be to honest CA ends up after the loading screen(the one that shows that soldier running)....i doesnt even allow me to put password and nickname...

There are many ways.
You can do it with your router.
CMD.
Contact your internet provider.
Etc.
Also : Let me google that for you
