um so i heard that if you can decrypt these text files you can change weapons damage , recoil ect.
i know that thats true but dose anyone know of anyway to do this

you don't edit these, they aren't encrypted, they're in uni-code korean from what i've heard, and even if you get it down to that unicode, your still gonna have a hard time translating since its not like actual korean that google translate could translate
