Your using:
#include <Hook.h>
Try:
#include "Hook.h"
Do this for all of them.

i did but errors still there
wait d3dx9.h is empty what goes in it???

xD, So many threads about d3dx9.h or whatever it is called..

1. Download SDK June 2010
2. Include the "Include and Lib" files into your project
3. Figure out how to do what I said in 1 and 2. should be easy /
