6 am - Have a jog for 30 minutes
6:30am - 50 Situps, 25 - 50 Pushups, 25 chin ups.
Start eating healthy and less.
6- 7 am Eat Cereal or fruit.
Lunch have a healthy meal with a mini snack or fruit
Dinner healthy meal
Supper fruits.
