Weapon hack?

Weapon hack?
What exactly does the weapon hack do? I know it changes my gun, but is it only for me?
If i change the m16, to a gold ak, is it only me that can see it, other people still see the m16? Because the killfeed it's still an m16?

Hmm i think it`s only visual. The dmg it self isn`t changed.

Only you can see it if you throw it and player sees it its a m16
