Guitars
Which one is easier to learn? Acoustic or Electric? I'm looking to learn guitar /
Acoustic is easier But i like Electric
Electric is easier to learn.
But I would recommend acoustic first, because for the most part, anything on acoustic is 10x easier on electric.
Hope I helped.
I've heard learning on acoustic will make you a better player, as you will have stronger fingers and such, as playing on an electric is so much easier.
Any suggestions on a decent acoustic guitar? Most i'm willing to spend is $160, maybe $200

Well there's a shit ton of good $300 acoustics.
This should help.
its easier to start on accoustic, then work your way to electric, that way you'll be a god at electric because its so much easier to play

It's not about which one is easier or harder, it's just their of preference.
Sadly, my fingers are too short+stubby to use a guitar, but I'm sure OP has long fingers.

Electric guitar IS actually harder to play than the acoustic.

well I guess so, but I haev incredibly long slender fingers, so I can play both, except i play Electric worse because the frets are hell small

That's still your opinion.
I know plenty of people who found electric guitar to be easier.
I don't know, maybe it's because they find the electric guitar more fun than acoustic, so they had more motivation to use the electric instead.

Well of course whichever one you 'want' to do will motivate you into that one more than the other.
So you want a girlfriend.
They have the same general concept. Depending on what you're aiming for is the challenge. I'd say that electric is easy but it costs money to get the right equipment.... acoustic calls for more talent and creativity because you can do more barebones dry with an acoustic guitar than you can with an electric guitar and just 1 amp.

In my honest opinion, I'd say acoustic is harder, but sounds way more beautiful. Like i said, electric guitar cost a lot of money. If you can get a great grasp on acoustic guitar, you can do even way better on electric than people who start off with electric guitar. Talent won't always come easy, and if you just want to get into something expecting for it to be easy, then you'll just be less than mediocre and not necessarily satisfying anybody....not even yourself
