Having trouble sleeping
Title says it all really
I used to normally fall asleep between 10:30 and 11:30pm and wake up for school at 7:00
Now I don't get to seep till 12 or later every day and I wake up between 7 and 9

I hate having to be on a schedule. Right now I'm sleeping whenever the fuck I get tired and I fall asleep in seven minutes tops.

You probably fucked your sleeping schedule up. If you keep going to sleep late, your body will eventually adjust and realize that's the normal time you go to sleep, same with when you would normally wake up. Just try and relax yourself and legit try to go to sleep early without distractions, eventually you should get back to a 'normal' sleeping pattern.

I used to get into bed and sleep within 5 minutes
now I just lie there thinkimg about shit

One day, I sleep from 9PM-8AM. The next I'm sleeping from 6AM-2PM.

I have DSPS. It's where you don't lose sleep(like insomnia) but your sleep cycle is pretty much fucked.


Take Melatonin.

Matter of opinion son. I love metal, and they're about as metal as you get. I think pop and rap is shit. Save for Eminem who I think has actual talent.

You should see a therapist of some kind. Most people think that you are weird and insane if you do so but it is seriously nice even though you don't have any real problems. I have been to a therapist a couple of times without any real reason and i felt good afterwards.
