Having trouble sleeping
Title says it all really
I used to normally fall asleep between 10:30 and 11:30pm and wake up for school at 7:00
Now I don't get to seep till 12 or later every day and I wake up between 7 and 9
I hate having to be on a schedule. Right now I'm sleeping whenever the fuck I get tired and I fall asleep in seven minutes tops.
You probably fucked your sleeping schedule up. If you keep going to sleep late, your body will eventually adjust and realize that's the normal time you go to sleep, same with when you would normally wake up. Just try and relax yourself and legit try to go to sleep early without distractions, eventually you should get back to a 'normal' sleeping pattern.
