As for attachments you don't trust any one. And the fact that we need to implement our MPGH username and password, would mean the file would connect directly to the internet after that.

Not to mention obfuscation...

Not betting. Clients like that aren't allowed. When you put your username and password onto the tool it'll basically connect to the internet.
Files connecting to the internet at all is not allowed.
The reason why I'm declining your attachment is simple; 1. It connects to the internet. 2. Clients inputting MPGH Username and Password isn't allowed.

The only time you can have a client where it needs the username and password of an individuals password is if it's approved and checked by Dave, the HA. Therefore, I cannot approve the file. And also the fact remains that it connects to the internet - and programs that connect to the internet are not allowed. This has been made clear.
