Problems with offers [HELP]

Someone pleasy help me!
I cant do any offers to get founds because it says i have no offers aviable for my country!
What to do! I already tryed to change proxy via firefox!

Forget about it. Just pray You get permanent stuff from the daily draw D:

But it sux! Iwe heard people can get so much founds for 2 permaanent weapons!
From 25 daily draws i have got only 1 permanent weapon! only! no more stuff forever
