Cannot find patch file error in Pathcer_cf.exe (HELP REQUEST)

I was opening patcher_cf.exe normally, but I have got an error (error: cannot find patch file)
Any suggestion?

Well if you THINK it will be solved, don't just go ahead and request for close right now. You don't know what's going to happen.

but anyway its served sided, I have nothing to do with it, so reinstall will help me
