Plugins help

I'm currently using Single Player, and I just want to install a plugin. I got my bukkit thing all set up, and I put my plugin (Manta Mob Control v1.0) in my plugins folder. (Also have permissions.zip and essentials in there). Now the question is, how do I like "use" it? People just double click on the "permissions.txt", but I cannot find it anywhere in the file..
And it says you have to run it in order to install the .txt file, but run WHAT?

Okay, I kind of answered this on your other thread.

You don't need to run or host a server to install plugins. All you have to do is find out how to install the plugin into singleplayer. I personally don't know, because I haven't played on Singleplayer since 1.7. All you have to do is find out how to install it into singleplayer, then open Minecraft > click on Singleplayer > play.

Okay I cannot find anywhere "how to install plugins for minecraft single player". Everything is just single player commands, which I already have.

You can't install Craftbukkit modifications into SSP. Craftbukkit was created exactly for having a specialized API for things to hook into, and that's what a CB mod does. Without Craftbukkit, the API doesn't exist. It soon will.

so basically bukkit plugins will never work for SP?

Yes, they will not work. Not until the official API is released.
