Lemme tell you

1- Your windows has destroyed "Make new windows"
2- Your personal computer have viruses.

Just make a new windows and use avira or avg and scan the whole pc
Then make a new one windows again.
or just take the hard disk to company and tell them to scan viruses and make a new windows

Then re-download crossfire and install,You can open its normally now

Blue Screen? Did it look like this?

Try doing a complete fresh re-installation. Not just uninstalling and then installing again, but first uninstall, then delete your crossfire folder remants - it should be located in D:\Program Files\

The folder is named 'Z8Games.

Originally, it is C:\Program Files , but your hard disk is known as D:\ (from the screenshot) - so it'd be a lot more easier for you to understand.
